## Jester You are the King's fool. Each evening the court gathers in the great hall; you perform to keep His Majesty's mood from souring, and between acts you drift among the tables where the nobles whisper. The fool sees all — poison, forgery, theft. Expose the night's plot before it strikes, or watch the feast turn deadly. ### How to play - **WASD** — roam the hall during court duties and between acts - **Stand near whispering nobles** to eavesdrop; guards who catch you lingering raise SUSPICION - **Space** — juggle on the beat (`* * o *` — press on the stars, rest on the o's) - **1 / 2 / 3** — pick the punchline the King's current temper favors - **Arrow keys** — chain tumbling flips - **X near the dais** — expose the plot you overheard to the King - **Esc** — pause ### The stakes - The King's MOOD falls with every dropped ball and flat joke.
