Roll a sticky katamari through four themed arenas, absorbing everything smaller than the ball. Combo chains, Royal Star time bonuses, S/A/B/C ranks, and a collection to fill — reach the target diameter before the clock runs out and become a star.
# Katamari Cosmos A tribute to Namco's *Katamari Damacy*. You are the Prince; the King of All Cosmos knocked the stars from the sky and orders you to roll them back. Push the **katamari** (a sticky magic ball) through a themed field, absorbing every object smaller than the ball. Each pickup grows it — so props that were once too big become absorbable, and you snowball from candy and coins up to people, trees, cars, and buildings. Absorbed objects stick to the ball and ride its surface as it rolls. Reach the target diameter before the timer hits zero and the katamari becomes a star. ## Controls - **WASD** — roll the ball (momentum + friction) - **Mouse / Q,E** — steer the camera; mouse Y pitches it (invertible in Settings) - **Shift** — dash - **Esc** — pause / back out of menus ## Features - Four stages (Prince's Room → Town Square → Downtown → Moonrise Boulevard), unlocked as you clear them - Absorbed props visually stick to the katamari and roll with it - Combo chains: rapid pickups stack a growth multiplier with a HUD meter - Royal Stars: rare glowing pickups worth +6s of bonus time - S/A/B/C ranks by time remaining, saved per stage - King of All Cosmos milestone subtitles at 25/50/75% of the target - Diameter / target / countdown HUD with a final-10-seconds warning - Title, Stage Select, Settings, Pause, and Results (win & loss) menus - Extras: a collection gallery of everything you've rolled up, and a night sky of reborn stars with best diameters and ranks - Progression saved between sessions (cleared flags, best diameters, ranks, collection, settings) - Soundtrack and pickup/bounce/beep SFX with live-adjustable volumes
