What it does

Sustained vehicle fire

Small orange flame particles rise from a burned getaway car with a separate drifting gray smoke column. Reuses the builtin effect emitter backend. Scale (0.25–3, default 1) controls flame spread and size. Duration (2–180 seconds, default 60) controls the burn. The Evidence module attaches the effect on the abandoned car and stops it during a mission reset.

Budget: 56 flame slots and 48 smoke slots, two emitters. GPU time and memory have not been independently measured; declaration defaults are not measurements. Visually verified running on the car in play, including smoke several seconds after ignition. No custom renderer or full-screen flash.
