place(u: ?, v: ?, w: ?) → void

u,v = circle plane, w = along axis. Every axis must map that frame into world with the SAME handedness, or the ring winds the other way round and the whole tube turns inside out. "y" swaps the last two and "x" the first and last — both a single swap, both orientation-reversing — so "z" swaps u and v to match. Left as the identity it was the odd one out, and every `axis = "z"` cylinder in the house was inverted.

norm(u: ?, v: ?, w: ?) → void

The normals ride the same frame as the positions, so this mapping has to stay identical to `place` minus the centre offset.

sphere(cx: ?, cy: ?, cz: ?, r: ?, latSeg: ?, lonSeg: ?, color: ?, squashY: ?, jitter: ?, seed: ?) → void

buildMowerBody(skin: ?) → void

Ride-on mower BODY (no wheels — wheels are separate meshes so they spin). Forward is +Z. Ground contact at y=0; body floats on wheel radius.

buildDriver( ) → void

Seated low-poly driver for the ride-on mower, posed to the seat and steering wheel of buildMowerBody (forward +Z, same body space).
