What it does

machine

Builder module for the Chain Reaction tabletop machine. Exposes:

  • buildStructure() — static set: room, table, lamps, shelf, ramps, chute, loop, windmill, seesaw fulcrum, runway lane, bell.
  • armActors() — dynamic set: dominoes, steel ball, toppling tiles, the hinged seesaw plank, and the bell plunger.
  • rebuild() — clear + structure + actors.
  • trigger() — push the first domino.
  • tick(dt) — windmill spin + bell ring animation (call every play frame).
  • ringBell() — start the bell swing + emissive flash.
  • applySkin(golden) — re-tint the wood family for the golden skin.
  • queries: steel(), lead(), goalDist(), status(), one(name), nudge().

All machine entities are temporary and named cr_*; clear() is a prefix sweep. Coordinates are machine-local; world y = MB + y (y=0 is the tabletop).
