What it does

waveTable (dataType contract)

The contract a spawnerKit waves .data file is checked against: an ordered list of waves, each with a name, a delay before it, a gap between spawns, spawn points, an order and a per-wave cap, and either enemy entries (kind, count, gap, points, look, and health and speed multipliers) or an exact script of timed spawns, plus a difficulty curve and loop for the whole table. A Spawner plays one through its waves field, and the Lua-table form given to SK.setWaves has the same shape. The kit ships threeWaves.data as an example; the package README's "Waves as data" section documents every field, its default and how delay, gap, advance and maxAlive work together.
