What it does

col_dust

Site dust for the collapse part: one Geo.pointCloud octahedron cloud serving as BOTH the ambient motes drifting through the dusk light and the impact dust plumes. Authored point centers fill the yard volume so the static AABB covers every animated position; vertex normal = unit offset from the point's center, uv = (seed, size).

The part drives four burst slots (burst0..burst3: xyz = object-local burst center, w = trigger time on the game_t clock, large-negative when idle). Points near a fresh burst fly outward and up on an expanding front, swell, roll with turbulence and fade over ~6 s. Transparent queue, no shadow casting; all animation runs in the vertex stage.
