What it does

playroom_glow

The two things in the playroom that are made of lit paper — the shade of the corner lamp and the afternoon standing outside the window — wear this. It gives a surface a two-colour gradient down world Y, a fresnel term so a curved emitter reads as curved rather than as a flat cutout, and a slow cloud field so a panel the size of a window is never one code value. rim below zero darkens the grazing edge (paper over a bulb), above zero brightens it (sky through glass).
