What it does

geom

The maths every widget shares: headings (degrees clockwise from north, where north is world −Z and east is +X), quaternion yaw, camera projection (view, project), pinning a point to the screen edge (edgePin), polygon and segment clipping to rectangles and circles, easing (easeOutCubic, easeOutBack, damp, lerp) and the distance label (distanceLabel(d) gives "12 m" or "1.4 km").

A pure module with no engine state. It is used by every navUiKit renderer, and a world can use it for its own HUD maths.

Interface

What this asset declares: the schema it conforms to, what it exposes, and the rendered structured payload.

conforms to

zero/source-extract/v2

navUiKit.geom — the maths every widget shares. World convention: +Y is up, NORTH is world -Z and EAST is world +X (the direction an unrotated camera looks is north). A heading is degrees clockwise from north, 0..360. Map space is the ground plane: (x, z).
