README.md

zeromind.closeIssue

Close an issue, saying why: zeromind.closeIssue(target, number, reason?). reason is "completed" (the default: the work the issue asked for is done), "not_planned" (the world will not take it) or "duplicate".

The owner of the issue's world and its members close any issue there; the account that filed an issue closes its own, and ZeroMind refuses anyone else (FORBIDDEN). A pull request into the world whose title or description says Fixes #N closes issue N as completed when it merges, and the issue then names it as closed_by_pr. zeromind.reopenIssue opens a closed issue again.
