What it does

Debug Visualization tab

The System Tools dock tab for the ambient debug overlay (@builtin::modules.debugViz). One checkbox per registered provider category, bound to debugViz.setCategory / debugViz.isCategory, plus a play-mode debug-session toggle.

Registered as a dock panel under the Debug menu, so it opens and closes through the editor dock like any other tool panel — closing it never strands the overlay controls (the earlier standalone window could be closed with no way back).

A System Tools tab module: { label, refresh, build(state), onCallback(id, data, state) }. build renders the checkbox list from debugViz.categories(); onCallback routes each dviz-cat:<name> checkbox to setCategory and the dviz-play-session checkbox to setPlaySession.
