What it does

Added learned sensory connections

Reads actual presynaptic native spike traces and learned 3x32 conductance weights. Signed coefficients select anatomically excitatory or inhibitory sensory cells. Injects weighted charge into the actual native neuronal accumulator ring; postsynaptic native LIF dynamics and readout counters determine the action. No prices, outcome labels or CPU chosen actions are passed to this kernel.
