zerojs_modules test suite

Exercises the ES module graph: vm:evalModule with an in-memory resolver, the evaluate-once registry, namespace objects (sorted keys, frozen-lite), import binding immutability, cycle detection, unresolved/parse/throw error surfacing with error caching, named-default declaration hoisting, and the snapshot export semantics. In-memory resolvers keep every case asset-free and deterministic.
