Standard-library surface: the Object callable and its statics, Object.prototype methods, Function.prototype call/apply/bind, and the global conversion and parsing functions (parseInt, parseFloat, isNaN, isFinite, String, Number, Boolean). Also guards the consolidated globals path (console, Array.isArray, the Error family).
