A glossy 18% grey dielectric (linear albedo 0.18, roughness 0.1, metallic 0): the same diffuse response as the matte grey card but with a tight, bright specular lobe, so on a sphere it shows the shape, size and position of every light's highlight and the reflected environment over a known middle-grey base.
