The two coals a daeva sees with. Unlit and additive: the eyes are the only part of a daeva that emits, so they are what finds it against the night and what the bloom pass catches.

They are hottest where they look straight at you and fall off to nothing around the silhouette, so a coal reads as an ember rather than a bead. A slow breath moves them; the phase comes off the daeva's own seed so two of them do not blink together.

Reads the same lane-0 instance data the shroud does: presence fades the coals up as a daeva arrives, feeding turns them from cold violet to the colour of the fire it is smothering, and burn flashes them white and then puts them out.
