The solid half of the Crown: the amber core in the eye, the debris the rotation flings, and the slugs it throws down the shaft. A self-shading opaque surface — a rim term so a dark chunk still reads against a black shaft, a soft top-down wash so facets separate, and an emissive_gain / pulse pair that carries a piece from cold slate to a hot core without a second material.
