The materialLibraryKit collection of the animatedMaterials package (Flux and Flicker): 28 animated and special surfaces. Under the category animated, surfaces that move by themselves on the shared game clock: flowing water (clear river, murky river, toon water) and lava (crusted, toon) with a per-object flow speed and direction; conveyor belts (rubber, steel slats) and treadmills (gym, sci-fi walkway) whose stripes travel at a stated speed in metres per second; wind-blown cloth (cotton flag, canvas banner); pulsing lights (a breathing panel, an alarm strobe); and holograms (blue, glitching red). Under special, surfaces driven by an amount from 0 to 1: dissolves (ember, arcane, digital) with a glowing edge, frost spreading (window glass, toon), wetness drying (stone paving, asphalt) and a spreading burn (wood, toon); and four world-aligned base surfaces (rock, forest ground, brick masonry, painted metal) for objects with no good UVs.
Every entry is tagged with its category, kind, style, animated or not-animated (with what moves), each live setting with its range (live-flowSpeed 0..3 m/s), its tile size (tile-2m), its texture count and cost, and search words. Live settings are changed per object with require("~animatedMaterials.Live").set(object, setting, value), which every player sees. The file is written by AnimCatalog.build() from the package's AnimEntries; edit the entries, not this file.
