SKYWARD naval interceptor
Twin-engine, twin-fin F/A-18-inspired naval fighter generated from design/references/fighter.png. It preserves the reference's outward-canted vertical fins, paired exhausts, leading-edge extensions, underwing stores, painted panel detail and canopy.
The source image showed landing gear down. The flight asset removes the three wheel/strut assemblies by bounded mesh edits while preserving the center tank and stores, then compacts unused vertices. Final mesh: 25,380 triangles, 36,319 vertices. Mesh dimensions: 1.90284 x 0.490824 x 1.40213. At the combat wrapper's existing scale 10, aircraft length is 19.03 m and span 14.02 m. Original mesh nose is -X; the wrapper's unchanged -90-degree Y rotation points the nose along gameplay -Z.
Generated raw source: naval-fighter.glb. The durable edited data.zmsh is the flight-ready output; reimporting the raw source restores the gear. Verified after editing by isolated orthographic front, back, bottom, side and perspective views. Both vertical fins are distinctly visible in front and rear views, both exhausts visible at rear, with no deployed wheels.
