fx_kinds — the non-emitter backends, in one effect

The effects runtime hosts five kinds of backend. The explosion covers the emitter; this fixture covers the other four, so a test can play one effect and read all of them.

ParameterBackend it stagesAt zero
widthgeometry — a ribbon between from and tono ribbon
targetmaterial — stamped onto that entity's mesh, restored at the endnothing staged
decalSizedecal — a projector at from, faded by the play's own clockno projector
outlinefeature — a render feature held for the length of the playnot held

from and to are vec3 parameters and target is an entity parameter, so the fixture is also where the override channel is read for the values that are not scalars.

Every parameter at zero stages nothing, which is the play the runtime reports as noBackends through effects.observe().

handle:stats() carries staged (the backend kinds this play holds, in the order they were leased), stagedCount and decalOpacity.
