What it does

ToonGallery

What the toonMaterials gallery dressing needs at run time, reading only the material library: the ids of this collection's materials, the page of materialLibraryKit's "all" view that holds every toon material on one ring (galleryLayout), which sample shapes in a bay wear the ink outline (INKED: the cube and sphere outlined, the shader ball and cylinder plain, so each bay shows both), the warm light the glowing material throws, and the hold flag the test suite sets so ToonShowcase does not rebuild the gallery mid-test. Forked from fantasyMaterials' FantasyGallery (MIT).

Interface

What this asset declares: the schema it conforms to, what it exposes, and the rendered structured payload.

conforms to

zero/source-extract/v2

ToonGallery: what toonMaterials' gallery dressing needs at run time, reading only the material library (no file writes, no asset lookups): which library entries are this collection's, the page of the kit's "all" view that holds all of them on one ring, and a hold flag that keeps ToonShowcase's watchdog from rebuilding the gallery while a test or a measurement has taken it down. Forked from fantasyMaterials' FantasyGallery (MIT).

ids( ) → void

The ids of this collection's materials in the library, in collection order.

isMine(id: string) → boolean

Whether a library id is one of this collection's materials.

galleryLayout(list: { any }, minSize: number) → void

The gallery page size and page that show every toon material, and nothing else, on one ring of materialLibraryKit's "all" view, for `list` = Materials.list(). Mirrors the core Gallery's pagination. After scifiMaterials. ScifiCatalog.galleryLayout and fantasyMaterials. FantasyGallery (MIT).

gapSpot(gap: number, out: number?, count: number?) → void

Where the open gap of materialLibraryKit's "all" ring stands when ToonShowcase widens it to `gap` metres (its `ringGap`): the gap's centre on the ground at the ring's radius plus `out` metres, and the yaw (degrees) that turns a piece's local +Z toward the middle of the ring. `count` is the number of bays on the ring (default: this collection's). Mirrors the core Gallery's ring layout: bay 0 straight ahead (+Z), bays running on, then the gap before bay 0 again.
