dotbotPanel

Tests this world's DotBot panel code as it stands in this world. The engine's own dotbot_panel suite tests the copy the built-in library pins, so a change made here is checked by this suite until that pin moves to it.

What it checks: that view.module's mergeRows keeps each turn's usage line under its own turn once the stored history catches up with what the panel watched live, anchors a repeated message to its own turn, puts a turn nothing of which is stored yet after the history, and draws a stored row once.

What it leaves alone: drawing, layout and the plugin itself. Those are seen with dotbotPanelPreview.module.
