Three circuits of cheerful arcade kart racing, driven by Mu Mu — the cow — and built around one button.
Play
Press J at the title to open the Controles window, then Comenzar to pick a circuit.
| Key | Qué hace |
|---|---|
| J | Accelerate. |
| O | Brake — keep holding and you reverse. |
| A / D | Steer left / right. |
| K | Hop, drift, and everything that follows from it. |
| L | Use the item in the slot. |
The K button is the game
- Standing still, K is a small straight hop.
- While steering, K is a hop to the opposite side that lands into a drift the way you were turning.
- Hold the drift and the wheel sparks charge: blue at 1 second, orange at 2.5, rainbow at 4. Let go and the colour you were showing pays out 0.5 s / 1.25 s / 2.5 s of boost.
- K off the lip of a ramp spins a trick — nothing happens until you land, and landing it gives 0.75 s of boost.
The three circuits
| Circuit | Laps | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Playa Cheep Cheep | 4 | A sand circuit in a turquoise sea, with Cheep Cheep swimming and leaping beside it. |
| Pradera Mu Mu | 3 | A big square dirt route across a meadow — curves, ramps, a shortcut across the middle, cows (one in a sombrero) and wooden windmills. |
| Senda Arcoiris | 4 points | One long rainbow ribbon through space, never revisited: Earth above, stars everywhere, chained balls to dodge, and a finish ringed by heart-shaped clouds. |
Off the road
Water slows you 25%, grass slows you 50%, and a boost cancels either for as long as it runs. Senda Arcoiris has no ground at all — fall off and Lakitu lifts you back onto the nearest point of the ribbon.
Items
Every lap has a row of ? crates: a Mushroom (2 s boost) or a Feather (a big jump, and 2 s of boost when you land).
Times
A lap timer with milliseconds runs from the start of the circuit to the finish line, and your best time on each circuit is shown beneath it in the select menu — kept in the world, so it is the same for everyone who plays.
Built in Zero: five slices (kart, tracks, items,
screens, audio) around one shared contract, game/core.module, which holds
everything the game is made of — the circuits, the feel constants, the surface
rules, the boosts, the flow and the records. design/spec.md is the contract,
design/references/ the pictures it was built to.
