## Aether Sands An alchemist's falling-sand slate. Paint arcane matter and watch it fall, flow, react and glow — no goals, no timer, just play. ### Elements Obsidian · Dust · Salt · Quicksilver · Pitch · Brine · Ember · Vapor · Aether · Moss · Ash · Crystal ### Reactions - Salt dissolves to **Brine** on Quicksilver; Salt in Brine slowly grows **Crystal** - **Ember** ignites Pitch, Moss and Aether (Aether flares bright); doused by Quicksilver, Brine or Vapor → Vapor - **Vapor** rises and condenses to Quicksilver on the cold ceiling, then drips - **Moss** creeps onto wet cells ### Controls - **Left-click** paints the selected element with a circular brush; **right-click** erases - **Mouse wheel** or **+/-** resize the brush - **Space** pause · **Esc** pause menu - Top bar: Pause · Step · Clear · Gravity toggle - Settings: volume, default brush, grid lines, colourblind-safe palette Built as a single Luau component driving a CPU cellular-automata grid into a runtime texture, with a zui HUD and menus.
