Busy Beaver

A cozy third-person survival-builder. The valley's Great Flood arrives at dawn on Day 12 — the only thing that can hold it back is a beaver-built dam.

How to play

• WASD to move — you walk on land and swim fast in water.
• Hold E to gnaw trees (birch are quick; oaks yield the most logs) and to dig mud on the shallow shelves.
• E to pick up, place, and seal. The dam has 8 segments; each needs 3 logs + 1 mud seal.
• Big logs float — push them into the river and let the current carry them to the dam.
• Sealed segments raise the pond: at 50% the flooded ravine opens the oak grove; at 75% your teeth grow stronger.
• Build your lodge (6 logs + 2 mud, unlocked at 25%) — sleeping in it skips the night and restores you.
• Storms double the current and can rip logs from unsealed segments. The fox hunts at night — dive into water to escape.

Win / lose

Seal all 8 segments and finish your lodge before Day 12 to turn the valley into your lake. Run out of hearts — or greet Day 12 unfinished — and the valley is lost.
