About this world

A cozy fake code-hosting app — FauxGit. Create repos, commit code, open pull requests, get reviewed by NPC teammates, watch CI checks go green, and merge to fill your contribution graph. No real code executes — this is purely the *experience* of a code forge, on an accelerated clock. Built as one self-contained world component (`FauxGitApp.component`) owning state, the CI/review simulation, and the full zui UI — tabs for Repos / Pulls / Issues / Profile / Settings. All sound effects and the background music are procedurally synthesized in Luau, no external audio assets. Progress (repos, commits, branches, PRs, issues, stars, contribution graph, streak, settings) persists across sessions via a JSON save file. ## How to play 1. **Repos** — create a repository, browse its files/README, stage file changes and commit them (paints your contribution graph), create a branch. 2. From a feature branch, **open a pull request**. NPC reviewers comment and approve/request-changes on a clock; CI checks go from pending to pass/fail. 3. A red check has a **Re-run** button; a "changes requested" review has a **Request re-review** button — recover and get unblocked, never a hard failure. 4. Once checks are green and you have an approval with no outstanding change requests, **merge** — stars and merge count grow, and a notification fires. 5. **Issues** — file and close issues on your repos. **Profile** — your contribution graph, streak, and stats. **Settings** — volume, music, notifications, CI-clock speed, reduced motion, reset progress.
