About this world

Fire Hoover

You are a Fire Hoover brigade rookie. Your only tool: a flame-sucking vacuum. Hold LMB to suck fire off burning objects into your tank, RMB for a reverse blast that shoves ember wisps away, E to close gas valves, scoop trapped cats, and dump your tank at the EMBER BANK for Embers — the currency that buys tank capacity, suction power, coolant, sprint boots, and more.

One shift at a time

Fires grow, spread to nearby fuel, and destroy what they burn. Clear every flame and wisp before the district burn meter maxes out — and don't let your heat HP hit zero. The vacuum is the only extinguisher in town.

  1. Backyard Blaze — rookie orientation
  2. Kitchen Block — gas ranges relight unless you close their valves first
  3. Greasy Spoon — grease flames split under sustained suction; tap-suck them
  4. Windy Rooftops — the wind carries wisps far
  5. Warehouse Row — dense crate chains
  6. Gas Plant — valve discipline
  7. Night Market — everything at once, plus trapped cats
  8. The Inferno Core — a three-phase boss that sheds wisp waves

Systems

  • Nozzle heat: continuous suction overheats and locks the vacuum for 3s
  • Tank: fills with captured flame; you walk slower near full; sucking past full leaks wisps back out
  • Ember economy: bank at the kiosk, spend in the shop, keep your upgrades forever
  • Custom shifts, a flame bestiary, per-shift best scores and stars — all progress persists per player

Built entirely as Zero world content: Luau components + modules, zui menus/HUD, GPU particle fire, and fully procedural synthesized audio (16 clips, from the vacuum whirr to the cat mewl).
