Origami Master
A zen paper-folding craft-sim. Run a lantern-lit origami studio in a Japanese alley: accept orders, drag real crease lines across the sheet, fold cranes to dragons before the dusk bell, and rise from Apprentice to Master.
About this world
Origami Master
You inherit a lantern-lit paper-folding studio in a small Japanese alley. Each morning orders arrive; fold them before the dusk temple bell.
How to play
- Accept an order ticket, choose your paper, and fold at the bench.
- Each fold step shows a glowing crease guide. Pick the right fold with keys 1–5 (Valley, Mountain, Reverse, Squash, Petal), then click-drag along the guide. Precision is scored 0–100 by your alignment.
- Below 60 is a misfold — three misfolds tear the sheet (R for a fresh one). Grades: Perfect ≥ 90, Good ≥ 70.
- Earn coins and reputation, buy better paper (washi, chiyogami, foil) and tools (bone folder, magnifier) in the shop between days, and pass the Sensei's exams to rank up from Apprentice to Master.
- A Perfect fold may draw a paper spirit to the studio at night — its blessing steadies tomorrow's hands.
- Meet each day's quota or the studio's doors close for good after three failed days. Reach Master and fold a Perfect dragon for the Sensei to complete the campaign.
Custom Mode offers free folding with no timer or cost; every model folded at Good or better joins the gallery shelf on the counter.
Fold mechanics, models, studio, sounds, and UI are all authored world content — one component, three modules, and a stack of triangle-folded paper.
