A breathing place. You stand at a jungle pool beneath a waterfall, and a glowing orb above the water breathes with you — expanding to breathe in, holding, sinking to breathe out.

How to play

  • Begin → pick a duration (2 / 5 / 10 min), a breathing pattern (Calm 4-4-4-4, Deep 4-7-8, Ocean 5-5) and a time of day.
  • Follow the orb with your gaze and match your breath to it. Keeping your eyes on the orb builds Calm.
  • As Calm rises the world answers: the mist thickens, fireflies emerge, the water glows, the light warms, the koi quicken, and at Calm 100 the lotus flowers bloom to a chime swell.
  • WASD strolls the bank path; the mouse looks. Escape pauses. There is no way to lose.

Progression

Peak calm, total sessions, and minutes meditated persist in the world. Complete a session to unlock Dusk; reach Calm 80 to unlock Dawn. The Gallery keeps your records.

Built entirely as world content: one game component, a code-built environment, generated meshes (koi, lotus, lily pads, boulders, cliff, palms, ferns, wind chime) and synthesized audio.
