The editor's command palette: the whole engine tool registry under one keystroke. The menu bar's Tools button (Ctrl+K) opens a floating card — type to search every toolbox by name and purpose, pick a tool, and its typed argument schema renders as a form of real controls: text for strings, numeric fields for numbers, a checkbox for booleans, option chips for string-literal unions, three axis fields for a Vec3, and an options table expanded one level into its own typed rows. Run executes the tool and shows the returned value and stdout in place.

The form is generated from tools.get's schema, so every registered tool is reachable and a new tool appears with no UI work. Consumed by edui.topbar, which mounts it beside the menu bar and re-mounts it through modules.watch when this module's source changes.
