firstRun

The question a first editor session asks a person: build with DotBot or build it myself. "Build with DotBot" keeps Agent view, the Scene with DotBot beside it, and brings DotBot to the front; "Build it myself" applies Full UI, the Hierarchy, the Scene and the Inspector together. Either way the answer is the layout this world's editor comes up in from then on, and it is kept under /zero/source/local/editor/firstRun.json, so the question is asked once per world on each machine.

A session is a first one when the editor kept nothing for this world (no saved arrangement, no recorded layout), the boot named no --layout and armed no agent, and no prompt the page hosting the editor handed over has gone to DotBot. The editor scene calls offer() when it mounts the editor; ask() and answer(choice) are the question and its two answers on their own, and the layout switch in the top bar changes the layout at any time after.
