Full UI: the authoring layout, with the Hierarchy on the left, the Scene in the centre, the Inspector on the right, and Files with the Console below, Files in front. It is layout B until a person assigns another layout to it, and it keeps the name default for --layout default and editor.layout. Every other panel is a Window menu entry away.
