The newest frame a capture produced on this engine, drawn full-pane, with the shot's number, where it was rendered from, which pass it holds and its pixel size on the toolbar.

The frames come from @builtin::tools.capture.feed, which every capture publishes to. A frame still on the GPU is drawn from its own render target, so the picture is the one the engine already holds; a capture given a path is drawn from the file it wrote there. The watch layout puts this tab under the scene, so the person at the window sees the same frame the agent got.
