CSV → Entities Importer

Parses .csv files written under /zero/source/ and writes a <stem>_imported.txt summary alongside the source. The first row is treated as column headers; each subsequent row becomes a record in the summary.

A worked example of a non-bundle importer: it derives a sibling file rather than moving the source into a .bundle/. Implements only canImport(path, bytes) + import(ctx); the origin gate, content gate, and re-entrancy guard live in the importer type's shared module (importer.assetType/shared.module).
