preview.derive

The worker entries of the <type>.preview derive hooks that preview registers for every asset type with a preview recipe.

• fingerprint({ snapshot }) answers the digest of the snapshot's fingerprint lines, the value preview.inputsFingerprint states for the same content.
• compute raises: a preview renders on the engine thread, through preview.renderForReservation, which the hook names as its engineCompute.
