The push gate's freshness class for derived outputs (derived.stale).

• check() compares each derived output the unpushed commits record with the fingerprint its hook states over the branch head's tree. It answers { section, warnings }: section is the refusal class for required outputs whose inputs changed, naming each path and zm derived retry <path>; warnings holds one line per best-effort output in the same state, each returned once per output and recorded fingerprint. An output recorded as authored passes. Nothing is judged when the backend serves no derived outputs.
• __chain, __tree and __fingerprint are the seams history, commit trees and the fingerprint go through.
