Reads the derived-output part of a staging-area status payload for world.vcsStatus.

• derivedView(decoded) answers { derived, sealed, unavailable } from the decoded __spacetime_vcs.status payload: derived lists the named stage's reservations and then those of each sealed stage (sealedIn is the sealed commit's id), sealed lists each sealed commit in the order it was sealed with the required outputs not yet done as waitingOn and the failed reservations with their error, and unavailable maps each capability the backend lacks to its refusal text.

• reservationLines(status) answers the lines zm status prints for the reservations staging areas hold: the reported area's own, counted by state, and each other unsealed area that holds any, with its caller, account and session. statusLines(status) prints them first.

• reservedCount(total, byState) states a count and its breakdown, 257 (250 computing, 7 failed).
