bvh_levels

How the bvh kernels read bounds: a node of the node table (zero_node_box), a node of the pyramid of leaf bounds (zero_pyr_box) and a node of the segment tree both form (zero_tree_box). The module header lists the buffers and params the includer declares and the node layout.
