core.scratch (procNode)
A run of one whole number, zero, for a binding a kernel mode does not read.
A dispatch binds each buffer at one slot only, so every binding a mode leaves unread (the starts of an unsegmented scan or reduce, the la and lb of a jump that does not label pairs) takes a run of its own. Each call answers a new run.
Inputs
None.
Outputs
run: a column of one Int, 0.
Example
local run = g.core.scratch()
An Int column holding one 0.
