curve (nodebox)

The nodes that make and reshape curves: a curve is a geometry whose primitives run through their points in order, each with a closed flag. line, circle and bezier make one curve from a few numbers; from_points and strands make curves from points already laid out; resample and smooth lay a curve's points out again, evenly or as a spline; branch and grow grow branching curves from starting curves (cracks, lightning, roots, trees), marking them with tag_trunks, chain_ranks and lay_points on the way.

A graph calls them as g.curve.<name>, for instance g.curve.line({ start = vector.create(0, 0, 0), finish = vector.create(4, 0, 0), segments = 4 }). Every node answers a curve but chain_ranks and lay_points, which answer a record of two columns. core.arclength, core.resample.curve and core.sample_curve measure and sample curves. Every node's README states its inputs and outputs.
