part (module)

The Luau function prefab.from_geometries calls through the Luau node (io.luau) once per part: child(part, index, stem) answers { name, ecs }, the child's name (the part's own name, else stem) and its native components: a Mesh row holding the geometry and a Material row holding the material (the part's own, else the geometry's; none draws with the default material). A part that is neither a Geometry nor a record holding one is an error naming its number. Only prefab.from_geometries requires it.
