proc.ops.extrude

The ops that create surface. geometry.extrude pushes faces out along their own normals (or along a vector) and walls the gap they leave; geometry.solidify gives a surface thickness by offsetting a shell and bridging the border. Topology is read off positions: points within epsilon of each other are one point, so a triangle soup extrudes as an indexed mesh does. group and class select the faces acted on (an absent group is every face; a point or vertex group promotes to a face when every corner of the face is in it). Winding follows the sign of the displacement against the face normal, so the result's normals face out.

ops(geometry, fields) returns the family as a map of op id to op def; procPacks/extrude.procPack registers it. A graph calls one of its ops as g.op.<id>({ ... }) and a script as proc.ops.<family>.<op>(...); the procgen toolbox's describeNode answers each in full.

Ops: geometry.extrude, geometry.solidify.

Part of @builtin::systems.procgen.proc; required as @builtin::systems.procgen.proc.ops.extrude.
