Catmull-Clark style subdivision: more faces where a surface needs to be smooth.

The definitions live in proc.ops.subdivide; this pack is what puts them in the op registry, so procgen.searchNodes("", { pack = "subdivide" }) lists the family and procgen.describeNode("op.<id>") describes any one of them.
