procgen.diff

A structural diff between two .procGraph graphs: the node ids added and removed, and for each node in both, whether its op, its params or its inputs changed (params and inputs compared by proc.hash.valueHash, the content digest).

a is the "before" graph and b the "after", each by its VFS path or its name, or a graph object.

tools.use("procgen", "diff", { a = "/source/fx/Pebbles.procGraph", b = "/source/fx/Gravel.procGraph" })

Part of procgen.toolbox, called as tools.use("procgen", "diff", ...) (zero procgen diff in the engine shell). Returns { added, removed, changed }, each changed entry { node, op_changed, params_changed, inputs_changed }.
