procgen.trace

The dependency chain of a target ("output:<name>" or "node:<id>[:<out>]"): the ids of the nodes it is made from, in evaluation order, each node's producers before it (a post-order walk of the node_output edges). Constants, graph inputs and composite outputs stop the walk.

graph is the graph, by its VFS path or its name, or a graph object.

tools.use("procgen", "trace", { graph = "/source/scratch/Box.procGraph", target = "output:mesh" })

Part of procgen.toolbox, called as tools.use("procgen", "trace", ...) (zero procgen trace in the engine shell). Returns { target, chain, depth }.
