rc_resolve

Reads the cache back out per pixel: works out which patch the pixel stands on and interpolates over the eight cells surrounding it.

The only per-pixel cost the cache carries, and it gathers nothing. Alpha carries how much of the lookup the cache could cover, so a pixel over a patch the cache has not filled yet is left alone rather than darkened.
