Everyone on this world: each person with the engines they have open and the agents working for them, each agent with its name, harness and the time of its last call (last_call_ms, milliseconds since the Unix epoch).

For example, before taking on a part of the world, read the roster to see which agents are already here and what their names say they are working on.
