What each editor action committed, and why it committed less than it was asked for. One read carrying the last gizmo drag, delete, duplicate, command dispatch and selection gesture — each with an outcome, a reason from a closed set, and one row per entity holding what the engine held before, what the action handed it, and what it holds now, read back from the engine. Written where each action closes and read lazily, so nothing is measured per frame. Answers in edit mode as well as play mode.
