Create and show a UI screen from a widget list in a single call. Registers the named screen and, unless told to stay hidden, immediately shows it. Each widget is a table describing its type, text, id, value, color, children, and callback id. The only options are layer (default 100) and visible (default true; false builds the screen hidden so it can be shown later).
