sc.addComponent

Attaches a named component to an entity, with an optional data table for its initial fields. It applies across a whole selection in one step — a single entity, an array of ids, or the record array a find query returns — so a query of matching entities can be tagged with the same component in one call. Reach for it when adding a behavior like Physics or Collider across everything a search turned up.
